1. Great check-in experience and very welcoming/helpful staff. 2. Upgraded to a bigger room and higher floor. 3. Explanations were very clear and they were very patient answering all my questions. 4. Breakfast was not included in my reservation but is very reasonably priced and very good selection to choose from. I recommend the breakfast. 5. Check out was easy and efficient. 6. The hotel is easily accessible from the Phloen Chit BTS station. The walkway takes you very close to the entrance of the hotel.

Breakfast was buffet style and absolutely incredible! SO many choices. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. The view from the balcony was stupendous. Nice chair and side table to sit in and have coffee while watching the view. Loved the little seating area in the room with a table to eat from. The staff were very sweet and extremely professional.

Strategic location in Central Bangkok, BTS, Lumphini Park Excellent swimming pool, very nice to stay there after walking in the city during the hottest hours. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Used to stay at this hotel for all my trips pre- covid, everything was perfect. I was a bit disappointed this time round as the room was not very clean upon checked in, toilet flush was not working properly on the first night, air con was not cold on the third night and there was a blackout on the last night. However these issues were immediately rectified when informed. Service of the staffs is still a thumbs up 👍. I would still choose to stay here for my next trip due to the location, cozy setting and service; and i hope there would be some maintenance/improvements by then. 🙂

Let's start with the obvious, the location of the hotel is hyper central and could not be more convenient. You are a few meters away from the BTS line Phloen Chit and you are virtually close to all the important points. The room is big, the AC works well, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast turned out to be surprisingly good. My room was heavily discounted when I booked in, so this was definitely fantastic value for money.

Nit Great hotel very clean very nice helpful staff near to station great shopping mails loads cabs, taxi tuk tuks nana plaza 10 minutes walk .only 1 observation railings on balcony not to safe for small children toddlers could get through *perfect stay*

The location of this hotel is perfect.. just a short walk to the BTS Ploenchit station. My sister and I had a room with 2 beds, which were comfy and just welcomed us every night after being out all day. We also had our Thai massages in the room, which was quite convenient. The room was always kept clean and tidy.. so looking forward to come home to every night.
